Book Cover

For this project, the client approached me to design the cover for a book they had written. From the beginning, I found the process both enjoyable and creatively fulfilling. The client envisioned a design that conveyed a classical, rich aesthetic—something that would give the book a timeless, enduring quality. I worked closely with them to translate that vision into a compelling visual concept, using elegant typography, balanced composition, and refined textures to capture the essence of a traditional yet sophisticated design.

After completing the front cover, the client was pleased with the direction and asked if I could carry the classical aesthetic further by creating an original illustration that visually captured the core concept of the book. The book itself explores themes from the Book of Revelation in the Bible, so the illustration needed to reflect its powerful and symbolic imagery while remaining cohesive with the timeless, rich feel of the overall design. I approached this with thoughtful research and careful composition, aiming to honor the weight and depth of the subject matter while maintaining a sense of visual harmony with the rest of the cover.

In the end, I was truly proud of the final product. The design came together in a way that felt both visually compelling and deeply aligned with the client’s vision. It was incredibly rewarding to see the concept take shape from initial sketches to a fully realized piece. The client was equally pleased with the outcome, expressing genuine enthusiasm and appreciation for how the design captured the tone and message of their book. Seeing their positive reaction made the entire creative process all the more fulfilling.
